Have questions about our services?

F.A.Q

What are you?
Qualified teachers who provide online tutoring and learning – tailored to meet your child’s educational needs.

We support:

  • Families enrolled in Distance Education
  • Registered homeschoolers with Literacy and Numeracy (and those navigating registration)
  • Parents of children with additional needs
  • Student aged 3-14 enrolled in schools wanting expert help

What technology is needed?

A laptop or tablet with a stable internet connection & some headphones are all you need. We use easy-to-access platforms for seamless learning anywhere.

I have terrible internet…

We aren’t strangers to the challenges of a poor internet connection and will adjust our teaching methods to ensure learning can happen. We offer: Low-bandwidth learning (audio-only or minimal-video lessons) and offline resources for tech-free days

What if we’re in a different time zone?

We are Australia wide! Our scheduling is flexible, accommodating families in various time zones within Australia is second nature to us. All our teachers are in different states too.

If we enrol and change our minds, what happens?
We pride ourselves on being flexible. We work with families to adapt to changing needs or transitions e.g. returning to formal schooling after travel or some time off grid!

We don’t believe in lock in contracts.

Do you support multiple children in one family?

Yes! We are one of the only Australian services that offer sibling shared sessions.

Can you enrol my children into homeschooling?
No, families must register through their state authorities. We do make the process easier. Check out our guide on how to register in your state.

Are the parents required to teach?
Generally, parents supervise while our tutors handle the teaching through engaging, interactive lessons. We provide written feedback and regular progress reviews. If you’d prefer to teach your child directly or are already enrolled in Distance Ed, we can support you with resources and guidance!
